Chris Dixon

Rythum guitar; vocals

Chris has been in a handful of bands stretching from his days at Virginia Tech when he played mostly bass guitar for a small semi-successful band and fronted a small entirely unsuccessful band. He has been through a stint with an accoustic group in Richmond, a jam band in DC and, after a couple years hiatus due to severe burnout and a spending freeze mandated by his wife, Chris joined the Halliwells (a side project to Karma Elektra) and then later signed on to the rhythm guitar spot for the main band.

What he listens to: Afghan Whigs, Pearl Jam, Bare Naked Ladies, Linkin Park, Dave Matthews, Better than Ezra, Foo Fighters and any band that can blast forth in three-part harmony!

What he plays: Jeff Beck Custom American Strat when he rocks, Taylor 410 CE when he wants to get his daughter to go to sleep.

What he plays out of: A Digitech GNX3 processor hooked up to the loudest tube amp he can lay his hands on playing through his Carvin Vai Legacy 2 x 12 cab.

"Leave me alone, I'm a family man!"
